Kissing Whiskey Vintage publishes independent vintage-shopping recommendations, local guides, event information and personal opinions from Kristen Wolfe. Some parts of the website and related social content may also generate revenue.
This page explains those relationships so you can understand when Kissing Whiskey Vintage may benefit financially from a link, advertisement, product or partnership.
Affiliate and referral links
Some links may be affiliate or referral links. If you click one of these links and make a purchase, create an account or complete another qualifying action, Kissing Whiskey Vintage or Kristen Wolfe may receive money, account credit, products, services or another benefit. Your price is not increased unless the offer clearly says otherwise.
Material relationships will be disclosed clearly near the relevant recommendation or link using plain language such as:

Lyft referral disclosure
Posts containing Kristen’s Lyft referral link should include this disclosure near the link:

Display advertising
The website uses Google AdSense and may display advertisements selected and delivered by Google or its advertising partners. Kissing Whiskey Vintage may earn revenue when ads are displayed or interacted with.
Advertisers do not automatically receive an endorsement from Kissing Whiskey Vintage. Unless content is specifically labeled as sponsored, the appearance of an advertisement does not mean Kristen has personally used, reviewed or recommended the advertiser or product.
Sponsored and gifted content
Kissing Whiskey Vintage may receive payment, admission, travel, products, services, samples or other benefits in connection with content, events or recommendations. When that relationship could affect how a reasonable reader understands the content, it will be disclosed clearly.
Receiving something for free does not guarantee positive coverage. Sponsored and gifted relationships do not remove Kristen’s ability to share an honest opinion.
Utah Vintage Guide editorial independence
The Utah Vintage Guide and Kristen’s Top 15 are independently curated. A business cannot purchase a Top 15 ranking or guaranteed positive editorial recommendation.
The guide may eventually include separately labeled advertisements, sponsorships or paid enhancements. Any paid placement will be clearly identified and kept distinct from independent editorial rankings.
Submitting a store, sharing the guide, linking to the guide or providing public business information does not create a paid relationship.

The Buy Me a Coffee widget and linked page allow readers to support the Utah Vintage Guide or purchase specific offerings. Support payments are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible unless expressly stated otherwise.

Events and collaborations
Kissing Whiskey Vintage works with venues, performers, artists, small businesses, tourism partners and community organizations. A collaborative relationship will be disclosed when it is sponsored or when Kristen receives a material benefit connected to coverage or promotion.
