These terms apply to KissingWhiskeyVintage.com, the Utah Vintage Guide at guide.kissingwhiskeyvintage.com, website forms and services offered through those websites. By using these resources, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or guide.
About Kissing Whiskey Vintage and Vintage Drift SLC
Kissing Whiskey Vintage is Kristen Wolfe’s creative platform, editorial identity and event-production presence. It publishes the Utah Vintage Guide, produces community experiences and supports creative and small-business collaborations.
Vintage Drift SLC is Kristen’s retail brand. Vintage Drift collections may be available through third-party marketplaces, pop-ups and inside Oliver & Princess Natasha Vintage at 1531 South Major Street in Salt Lake City. Store hours, availability and retail arrangements can change, so confirm current details before visiting.
The Utah Vintage Guide
The Utah Vintage Guide is independently researched and curated by Kristen Wolfe. It is built around a manually maintained Google My Map and may include vintage stores, thrift stores, antique malls, consignment businesses, bookstores, record stores, outdoor-gear exchanges and other secondhand destinations.
The guide is intended to help locals and visitors discover Utah’s secondhand community. It is not a guarantee regarding any business, product or experience.
Information changes quickly
Business hours, addresses, ownership, inventory, pricing, accessibility, policies and operating status can change without notice. Always confirm important details directly with a business before visiting, traveling or making a purchase.
Kissing Whiskey Vintage makes a good-faith effort to maintain useful information but does not promise that every listing is complete, current or error-free.
Editorial independence and inclusion
Guide inclusion, featured placement and Kristen’s Top 15 are editorial decisions. Selections may consider quality finds, thoughtful curation, inclusivity, sustainability, community values, originality and whether a destination is genuinely worth the stop.
Kissing Whiskey Vintage may add, edit, move, decline or remove a listing at any time. Inclusion does not create a partnership, agency relationship or endorsement of every product, statement or practice of a listed business.
A business does not receive guaranteed guide placement, favorable language or a Top 15 position by submitting information, purchasing advertising, providing a gift or entering a commercial relationship. Any paid placement or sponsored content will be identified as such.
Store submissions and corrections
By submitting a business or correction, you confirm that:
- The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You are authorized to share submitted photos, text and business information
- The information may be researched, edited and considered for publication
- You grant Kissing Whiskey Vintage a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit and publish the submitted material for guide, editorial and promotional purposes
Submission does not guarantee inclusion, placement, ranking or a response. Do not submit confidential information or content that violates another person’s rights.

Personal and permitted use
You may use the website and guide for personal shopping, travel planning, research, sharing individual links and ordinary reference with clear attribution to Kissing Whiskey Vintage.
Unless written permission is provided, you may not:
- Copy or republish the full guide, map, editorial descriptions or Top 15
- Systematically scrape, harvest or extract guide data
- Sell, license or redistribute the guide or a substantially similar copy
- Use guide content to build a competing commercial directory or dataset
- Remove attribution, copyright notices or branding
- Present Kissing Whiskey Vintage content or recommendations as your own
- Interfere with the website, security features or normal operation
Search engines, answer engines and journalists may index, summarize and cite the guide in ordinary ways when they provide clear attribution and link to the original source. Bulk reproduction or substitution for the original guide is not permitted.
Intellectual property
Except for third-party names, logos, submitted materials and linked content, the website’s original writing, selection, arrangement, rankings, graphics, branding, photography and guide curation belong to Kissing Whiskey Vintage or are used with permission.
“Kissing Whiskey Vintage,” “Vintage Drift SLC,” “Utah’s Good (Secondhand) Stuff,” and related branding may not be used in a way that suggests an unauthorized partnership, endorsement or affiliation.
Personalized itineraries and creative services
Personalized shopping routes, itineraries, consulting, event work and other creative services are based on the information available when the service is prepared. Store inventory, pricing, hours, transportation conditions and availability may change. The purchaser remains responsible for confirming details and deciding whether a recommendation fits their needs.
The service description, price, delivery estimate and any additional terms shown at the time of purchase are part of these terms. Unless a listing says otherwise, custom work becomes nonrefundable once research or preparation begins. If Kissing Whiskey Vintage cannot provide the purchased service, the amount paid for the undelivered service will be refunded.
Purchased itineraries and custom materials are for the customer’s personal use unless commercial use is agreed to in writing. They may not be resold, republished or distributed as a competing product.
Events and ticketing
Events may be produced with venues, performers, vendors, nonprofits and ticketing platforms. Event schedules, participants and activities may change. Ticket purchases and refunds are also subject to the terms displayed by the applicable ticketing service and event listing.
Attendees are responsible for following venue rules, age restrictions and safety instructions. Participation in an event, market, nightlife activity or travel experience carries ordinary risks that attendees should consider for themselves.
Retail purchases
Purchases made through Vintage Drift SLC, TikTok Shop, Buy Me a Coffee, Squarespace, a marketplace or another retailer may be governed by the checkout terms, return policy and privacy policy displayed on that platform. The terms presented at checkout control if they conflict with general language on this website.
Third-party businesses, websites and services
Listed businesses and linked websites are independently owned and operated. Kissing Whiskey Vintage is not responsible for their inventory, pricing, customer service, accessibility, safety, policies, claims, products or conduct.
Links are provided for convenience and discovery. A link does not automatically mean that Kissing Whiskey Vintage endorses every statement or offering on the linked site.
No professional advice
Website and guide content is provided for general informational and editorial purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax or other regulated professional advice.
No warranties
The website, guide and free editorial content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Kissing Whiskey Vintage disclaims warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kissing Whiskey Vintage and Kristen Wolfe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website, guide, linked businesses or third-party services.
For a paid service purchased directly from Kissing Whiskey Vintage, total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where a different limitation is required by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Salt Lake County, Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the website, guide or services change. The revised version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
